- Users must provide a valid Malaysian phone number during registration.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 3988 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to exploit the platform.
- Sharing an account or transferring account access to a third party.

4. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 3988 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, online banking, and accepted e-wallets. 3988 does not accept direct payments in any foreign currency.
Users acknowledge that:
- All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specified by our withdrawal policy.
- Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name only.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 24 to 72 business hours depending on the method selected.
- 3988 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or investigation of suspicious activity.
- Any transaction fees charged by the bank are the user's responsibility.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
3988 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, manipulation, or misuse of the platform.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform's internal policy.
